As a seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant, my journey has been shaped by my unwavering beliefs in the pillars of business success, the transformative power of coaching, and the profound impact business consulting can have on an individual’s success. These values have not only guided my own path to success but have also underscored my commitment to helping others navigate the complex world of owning a small business.

Personal Story:

My foundation in business consulting rests on the core principles of dedication, innovation, and resilience. Over the years, I have learned that true success in the business realm is not solely measured by financial achievements but also by the ability to adapt, evolve, and lead with integrity. By sharing my experiences of overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities, I aim to inspire fellow business owners and entrepreneurs to redefine their perceptions of success and strive for excellence in all their endeavors.

Central to my philosophy is the belief that coaching is a transformative tool that empowers individuals to unlock their full potential. Through personalized guidance, constructive feedback, and strategic goal-setting, coaching has the power to drive professional growth, enhance skill development, and foster a proactive mindset. Drawing from my own coaching experiences, I intend to shed light on the invaluable role of coaching in accelerating personal and professional growth.

Mentoring, in my view, is a profound act of giving back and paying it forward in the small business realm. The impact of a mentor's wisdom, guidance, and support can be truly life-changing, providing emerging business owners with the insights and encouragement they need to thrive. By sharing anecdotes of my own mentors and mentees, I hope to underscore the significance of fostering meaningful mentorship relationships in cultivating a vibrant and supportive professional community.

Why Experience Matters:

In the sphere of business consulting, coaching, and mentoring, my extensive experience stands as a testament to the transformative power of perseverance, learning, and growth. Through the highs and lows of my career journey, I have gleaned invaluable insights, honed my skills, and cultivated a deep-seated passion for aiding others in their business pursuits. It is this wealth of experience and unwavering dedication that compels me to contribute meaningfully to the success and growth of my peers in the business world.

My hands-on real world experience doesn't just come from text book case studies. I have built, bought, closed and sold many businesses in my career; and I am still not done. I am still inventing, creating, and experiencing entrepreneur life. I have been in the game, as they say, since 2000. The business environment we now work in has changed vastly from some perspectives and hasn't changed enough from other perspectives. Yet we are forced to interact with the current situation no matter your industry.

Core business principals never change but since we are each unique individuals, how we carry out those in our business manifest different for all of us. What works for one business is not guaranteed to work for yours. It can be maddening to feel like you are constantly searching for a path to follow to business success. However in my experience I find people do not know or cannot connect with their own uniqueness to see its impact on how they do business, interact with clients and staff, and set reachable goals.

It is my passion to help business owner and entrepreneurs learn their business style, working style, and work/life balance. If you don't have some self exploration, you are limiting your growth and the possibilities before you. By embarking a journey with Higher Ground you will learn more about yourself and your business than you could on your own. We push you to dig deep and find what makes you tick and your business run on all cylinders.
